At Eastgardens Automotive, we strive to provide high-quality automotive services to all our customers in a timely and efficient manner. When a customer books an appointment and does not show up or cancels at the last minute, it impacts not only our business but also other customers who may have needed that time slot for urgent repairs or servicing.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled booking, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice by calling us at 1800 288 611 to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Customers who do not show up for their booking without any prior notice may be subject to an additional fee at our discretion.
Rescheduling is allowed without penalty, but customers must call and inform us before their scheduled appointment to confirm a new time.

By signing this agreement, you authorize Eastgardens Automotive to provide the agreed Services and any additional services (the “Additional Services”) in line with the terms outlined in this agreement. You agree to pay Eastgardens Automotive’s prevailing rates for all labor, parts, and materials.
Any Additional Services will be considered part of the original Services under this agreement. Eastgardens Automotive is not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle, its accessories, contents, or components if the vehicle is parked on the lot or being driven for the purpose of providing or inspecting the Services, unless the loss or damage directly results from Eastgardens Automotive’s negligence.
Eastgardens Automotive will provide an estimate for the Services before work begins. This estimate will be discussed with you prior to any work being performed.
Estimates are valid for 7 days after issuance.
If Additional Services are required, leading to a cost overrun, Eastgardens Automotive will contact you to explain the additional work and seek authorization for any extra costs.
The price you pay for the Services will be the one applicable at the time you accept these Terms and Conditions.
Upon completion of the Services, a tax invoice will be provided, detailing the services rendered and the payment due.
Full payment is required on the day the Services are completed, prior to vehicle collection.
If you have an authorized trading account with Eastgardens Automotive, you have 7 days from the tax invoice date to make payment.
Payment can be made via cash, credit card, EFTPOS, or bank cheque (with prior agreement). American Express (Amex) payments incur a 0.9% surcharge. Personal cheques are not accepted.
Risk of any goods sold passes to you when you take delivery of them. Title to the goods does not transfer until full payment has been received.
Until title is transferred, you will hold the goods as bailee of Eastgardens Automotive and, where possible, store them in a manner that identifies them as Eastgardens Automotive’s property.
Eastgardens Automotive reserves the right to reclaim possession of goods if any payment is overdue.
You must notify Eastgardens Automotive immediately upon:
A receiver or manager being appointed over your assets or part of your business.
A petition to wind up your company or any resolution to wind up your company being passed.
Your decision to make arrangements with creditors.
Any act of bankruptcy as defined by the Bankruptcy Act 1966 (Cth).
If you owe money to Eastgardens Automotive, we hold a lien over your vehicle, its accessories, and components.
If your vehicle is not collected within 2 days of being ready for pickup, Eastgardens Automotive may charge a daily storage fee.
If the vehicle remains uncollected for 3 months, Eastgardens Automotive may sell or dispose of it at your expense.
Eastgardens Automotive uses original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts or high-quality aftermarket parts.
Larger vehicles requiring additional or higher-grade oil may incur extra charges.
Returns are accepted within 7 days with proof of purchase unless the product is a special order, discontinued, not in resalable condition, or fitted to a vehicle.
You warrant that your vehicle is properly registered.
If your vehicle is unregistered, you must notify Eastgardens Automotive. Failure to do so indemnifies us from any legal consequences.
Eastgardens Automotive is not liable for delays due to events beyond our control.
Some extended warranties may be voided if Eastgardens Automotive performs services on your vehicle. Please check your warranty before proceeding.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, maintenance items, or damage caused by accident, misuse, or external factors.
Eastgardens Automotive collects and processes your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eastgardens Automotive’s liability for any breach of guarantee, warranty, or condition is limited to:
Re-supplying the services or paying for their re-supply, or
Replacing or repairing goods, or paying for their replacement or repair.
Eastgardens Automotive is not liable for:
Any loss or damage, including loss of profits or incidental/consequential damages, arising from the goods or services provided.
Any injury or damage to property caused during the provision of services.
Any communication must be in writing and sent via prepaid mail, courier, facsimile, email, or text message.
Notices are considered received:
2 business days after mailing, or
Immediately upon delivery via courier, email, or text acknowledgment.
This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales.
If any part of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remainder remains in full effect.
Any modifications to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging within 7 days. A 20% restocking fee applies.
Returns will not be accepted for fitted, used, or special order items.
The customer is responsible for freight costs on returned items.
Claims for shortages or damaged goods must be made within 7 days.
Returns for credit will incur handling charges.
You authorize us to:
Access and enter the vehicle.
Work on your vehicle.
Create a suitable workspace.
Test drive your vehicle.
Eastgardens Automotive reserves the right to update, modify, add, or remove sections of these terms at any time. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
